Out of college Aaron signed a professional soccer contract with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL. During his playing career his heart for people moved him to action in the philanthropic world where he developed an inner-city soccer ministry, served as the chairman of the board for a local non-profit, and traveled extensively across the world transforming lives through the universal language of soccer.
Since that time Aaron has held coaching positions at Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach Atlantic University and Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Prior to founding Impact City FC he spent a decade pastoring in the local church. Aaron is the author of Today vol. 1 and holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife Lauryn have three kids and reside in South Florida.

Jim played college and semi-professional soccer in Mississippi, Illinois, France and Canada, before transitioning to a 20-year career in management consulting and financial management in the healthcare and CPG industries. During his career, Jim helped healthcare organizations around the world manage over 18 billion in revenues. In his last role, he had responsibility for Digital Transformation for the healthcare division of Genpact. He has also held roles in Morgan Stanley, Tenet Health Systems, Community Health Systems, Perot Systems, and Dell Technologies.
In 2019, Jim felt God calling him out of the business world to pursue ministry opportunities. He is now the chaplain for St. Louis City SC and a leader in his local church. He believes his calling is to use his financial management tools for the Kingdom. Jim is also a trained performance coach and uses this skill set to disciple Christians into a growing relationship with Jesus. His goal is to see people allow God to love them, so they can spread God's love.\
He lives in St. Louis, MO, and has 3 kids with his wife Brooke. He enjoys Chelsea FC and St. Louis City SC, Buffalo Bills football, and Mexican food.

Cara, her husband and son Jacob live in St. Louis, MO. Her passion for soccer has grown over the years as she has cheered her goalkeeper son on from the sidelines. Jacob played for many years with Impact City where he grew both in his soccer skills and his faith. Cara has served on the board of Impact City from its inception.
Professionally, Cara has spent most of her career at CitiBank, currently in the role of Managing Director, Head of Third-Party Risk for the global consumer business. Her leadership roles have primarily focused on operational risk management, process reengineering and program management. Cara has brought many of these skills and strengths to her engagement with Impact City.
A passion for soccer and a love for God has kept Cara energized in helping Impact City continue to grow and thrive.

John Clancy is the founding and managing partner of Planet Fitness Midwest, managing partner of Smoothie King Midwest and managing partner of Cornerstone Properties. He was born and raised in Massapequa, New York. Clancy Played college soccer and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York’s Business School at Plattsburgh.
Clancy serves in a board capacity for multiple non-profit organizations and charities that assist in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Clancy, his wife Regina and their three children are active members of Christ Fellowship Church.

Lars grew up in Norway, where he developed a deep passion for soccer, playing in the country’s top youth divisions before competing at the men’s level. After attending two years of college in Norway he moved to the United States to complete his degree, where he played soccer at the university level while earning his degree.
Professionally, Lars has built a career with Enterprise Mobility, where he has spent 26 years in various business management roles across the U.S. He currently serves as the AVP of Business Management for Enterprise Truck Rental, overseeing operations across North America.
Faith and family are central to Lars’ life. He and his wife, Noël, have three children and are committed to serving their community through their Christian faith.
A lifelong sports fan, Lars is especially passionate about soccer. He closely follows the Premier League, cheering for his favorite team, Liverpool FC, and is an avid supporter of MLS and St. Louis City SC.
