The Sporting Director ensures that the technical and soccer operations of Impact City FC are fully aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This role leads the development of the player pathway, invests in Directors of Coaching, and oversees coaching education, methodology, curriculum, and competitive standards across all locations.
